1/4 cup cilantro, chopped

Crushed Red dry hot pepper

Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup motzarella chesse

Instructions

  • Mix all the ingredients for the crust. I like to use my hand to mix this recipe because it helps me get a better idea of the consistence. I don't want it too wet or too dry.
  • In a buttered deep baking dish press gently the cawliflower mixture to make the crust.
  • Bake 10 minutes in the middle of the oven, at 400 degres. Remove from oven and let it set.
  • Layer the filling on the order giving.
  • Top with 1 cup of mozarella and Parmesan chesse
  • Bake for another 10 minutes.

SHRIMPS & SPINACH QUICHE ON A CAULIFLOWER CRUST

This is the easiest version I have tried so far of this recipe. And I'm certain I'm not compromising the flavor.

I use fresh herbs to give flavor to the dish - there is no need of artificial flavors or colors - fresh ingredients will bring all the flavors needed.
