Everyone goes to the same classes throughout the day
Classes are held outdoors
Boot Camp is exclusively limited to 10 people each week.
What Is A Day Like
7:30 am Welcome gift of water bottle
8:00 am Motion Meditation class
9:00 am Yoga- Fitness class
10:00 am Breakfast (Vegan, Vegetarian or Traditional breakfast)
10:45 am Guided Hiking Walks (1/2 hour - 1 hour - 3 hours walks) Afternoon:
12:00 pm .
1:00 pm Lunch
3:00 pm Personal Training Session*
4:00 pm Yoga-Yin class
5:00 pm Relax time & Healthy snack
6:00 pm Farewell gift
Personal Training Sessions & Nutritional Coaching sessions are NOT included in this package.
