We’ll gather information from you prior to your retreat, to determine your goals and preferences.
Classes are held outdoors, and at our private studio.

10:45 am Guided Hiking Walks* (1/2 hour - 1 hour - 3 hours walks)

Even though the Guided Walks are part of your package, It is up to you to do these walks. We encourage you to do so, but if you rather stay at the Villa and relax next to the pool, we are totally fine with that.
Whether you want to focus on mind-body wellness, weight loss or sport conditioning, the private fitness retreat will be crafted specifically for you.
This Retreat Fitness program focuses on yoga, motion meditation, pilates, weight training exercises, stretching exercises, circuit training, hiking, and a lot of time for relaxation.
A complete menu of nutritional food will be offered to help you detoxified your body and improve your metabolism while optimizing a healthy and sustainable weight loss.
This program is ideal to lose weight, detoxify, improve strength, improve flexibility, balance, and coordination, as well as a complete state of well-being.
All levels of fitness are welcome.
Modifications are offered to all fitness levels.
