A quiche is an unsweetened custard pie with savory fillings such as as spinach, mushrooms, or ham. It has to have eggs, and it usually has milk, cheese, vegetables, and/or meat and it also can be crust-less.
Omelets are a nice and satisfying way to start your day. The following recipes are relatively easy to do. With practice, you can get creative and start adding a variety of vegetables to your omelets, like eggplant, zucchini, asparagus, mushrooms, etc.
Tip: If you dedicate one day of the week to chop all the vegetables you will use during the week, you will reduce the preparation time for about 15 minutes. Have your ingredients ready, and save yourself some time in the mornings.
