BODY SCULPTURE - Weight Training Class 

​​​My classes blend yoga fundamentals with creative fitness flows. This fluidity not only helps improve alignment, but also allows the body to improve its balance and lung capacity. Add to that the benefits of flexibility, muscle strength, balance, and coordination.


​The practice might includes standing postures, seated twists, back bends, arm balances, inversions and core holds.  Performed for each individual at its respective level of fitness.


The class is ideal for students who are new to yoga and need a foundation of proper alignment and breathing techniques.

MOTION MEDITATION CLASS

This is a weight training class designed to work all the major muscle groups in the body. The class is designed for body sculpting, so you will learn compound and Isolated exercises.


 With the use of body weight exercises, dumbbells, elastic bands and suspension exercises you will achieve a stronger, toned, and more athletic physique.

60 min Class


 All levels and ages are welcome.


3 x week (Recommended for best results)

​This is a dynamic meditation class, also known as Chinese Yoga which combines mindful, slow movements with your breath.  It's an ancient practice, and it forms part of the arsenal of health "tools" in Traditional Chinese Medicine.

These gracious and mindful sequences have the ability to promotes muscle strength and flexibility, especially on the muscles of the legs, core, and shoulders, while improving your balance, muscle resistance, body coordination, and mental focus. 


The practice is especially beneficial for the control of stress levels. ​

The benefits of Circuit Training are well documented and have been for a long time.

This mixed Functional training  and Strength training class involves exercises from different disciplines in order to help you achieve a variety of physical benefits; flexibility, muscle strength, balance, coordination, agility, etc.


Circuit training is the practice of programming a workout around multiple different exercises, which are performed in a cycle with rests in between. Your whole body gets a workout.


Circuit training focuses on compound exercises (squats) contrary to Isolated exercises (leg extension).The class might includes kickboxing exercises, calisthenics, suspension training and weight training.

All levels and ages are welcome.


Class is tailor to any audience; Modifications offered for all fitness levels.
