Hello. I'm Ruth. Writer and creator of this website. Mother of two, lover of good food, and a lifelong student of movement and physical exercise.
With all the confusing health and fitness information in the media, I feel it is the responsibility of Personal Trainers to disseminate correct and scientifically valid information.
I started this website as a creative outlet, but also from my need, as a fitness trainer, to have a website with just the necessary information (not too much, not too little), but practical, safe, and proven information to share with the members of my tribe; clients and friends. And now, with the many people that want to get in shape, but don't know how, or where to start doing it.
I have also struggled with my own body weight, and understand the road. In these pages, I will be sharing with you the "secrets" that we, trainers and athletes, have been using for decades. Taking a holistic approach, through these easy and comprehensive programs, I have guided and helped many clients to start their own journey towards health and wellness.
These pages contain the most important information needed, simple and natural, to restore the youth and health of your body. No matter your age or fitness level. It is much easy - and inexpensive - than you might think. Hope you all find the way.
